With a pragmatic and client centric approach to integrated technology within the home, we understand a residents priorities from security strategies, to smart metering and energy efficient technologies that inform and adapt to the living environment.

From rain water harvesting linked to moisture sensors in the lawn automating garden watering, to PH balance sensors within the fish pond providing alerts to potential  imbalances, the sensor based world has enabled even the humble home garden a place in the the design process of the connected home. 

We have deployed air quality monitoring systems within prime residential fit-outs that link to a weather station where window actuators can automatically allow natural air circulations when CO2 levels rise. The weather station will inform of any precipitation and the direction of, to ensure the window opening prevents any water ingress.  

Building environment systems integration.

Full integration of heating and cooling system with control interfaces ranging from touch panels, multi function wired and wireless keypads to timed and schedule event based actions that learn and adjust over time to synchronise the home environment systems to the occupiers.  System integration includes:
